For questions and non-urgent issues, email support@jutsu.ai. To help us respond faster, include:
- Organization name and account email
- Alert ID or case ID (visible in the URL or at the top of any detail page)
- What you expected to happen versus what actually happened
- Date and time of the issue, including your timezone
- Any error messages, screenshots, or execution IDs
