The story

How it went

Lab Night is our favorite format: small room, real telemetry, no slide theater. We spun up a noisy environment, paired people with Jutsu agents, and watched investigations unfold out loud.

The best moments weren't demos — they were the questions. Why did the agent escalate this? What would you have done differently? That friction is the product.

We wrapped with a whiteboard full of feature requests and a photo set that smells like late pizza and fluorescent tubes.
